electrochemistry in electrochemical power & storage such as fuel cells,
hydrogen tank, supercapacitor, and battery 2). Complex multiphase flow,
species transport, and heat transfer in
energy devices, e.g. heat pipes 3). Advanced modeling including
multi-dimensional formulation, stochastic modeling, VOF (volume of fluid)
simulation, and direct numerical simulation; 4). Large-scale parallel
computation of fluid flows and electrochemically coupled transport problems
in energy systems (>25 million gridpoints) 5). Surface treatment and new
material fabrication using emerging techniques; 6). Material characterization
using microscope, SEM, Xray, Neutron Imaging, and
TEM; 7). State of the art
